"I was referred to ABC Seamless by Alvarado Roofing after I had a new roof installed. It was a small job to install a collector box and gutter to reroute runoff from canale that is near our front porch. After calling it took a couple of days for Gabby Sandoval to stop by our house to give an estimate. She was on time and professional and had the estimate done in about 15 minutes. After reviewing the estimate Gabby told me that they were scheduling about four to six weeks out. I sent the signed proposal on January 29th and the work was completed on March 22nd. However, once the work was completed I felt it was worth the wait. The crew showed up at the expected time, were attentive to my concerns, and professional. The quality of the product and the workmanship was excellent. It may take awhile but, I think, it is worth the wait. I would recommend."

"I hired Vargas Roofing to repair two spots on an asphalt shingle roof. He also said that he could do the gutter cleaning. He set it up for a few days later. He came on time and worked alone. Within a few hours, he had patched the roof, did the gutter cleaning, and sealed everything. He even cut some branches so they didn't hit the roof. He was respectful of my property by cleaning up the shingles and all the leaves. Having one person do both jobs really was very helpful. I would hire him again."

They inspected all the other joints and leak points on the whole house and added sealant to 2 other joints they found an issue with. Sent me pictures of everything they fixed, which was a good feature since I couldnâ t get on the roof to see the problems. The price was reasonable to fix a problem that could cost thousands in deck and siding rot the future. One of the biggest lessons I have learned, is to drain & get the water away from your house, water is one of the most destructive things for a home. "Overall the work was very good. One issue with a leak at a canale was addressed following the first rain event. Ben (the owner) came out frequently to review the work his staff was doing, and came out right away when the canale leak was discovered. He was determined to ensure homeowner satisfaction of the work performed. His workers were very friendly and were very good at answering the homeowner's concerns. The rarity of rain events following the roof replacement made it difficult to quickly assess the quality of their work. Recent storms helped with that."

"Overall it went well. We had a few date/day changes that worked out though I stress when I need to adjust my work schedule. I work full time and have learned that I need to be on -site when work is done by independents. I also have 3 dogs that need to be managed. As a widowed and single older person, I feel a bit more protective of my space and security both during and in the future. Phillip is quite Jovial - nice 'good ol boy' affect from Texas. Very casual. I went ahead and had the work done on outside Gazebo (More an open Ramada) that got attached to existing structure so we'll see how that goes. I prefer more detailed specifications on the build. I won't use him for additional structures attached to my home until I'm retired. I could attached a photo if my son helps me but not at this time. Want to say he di modify the slatting on top to preserve existing vines as requested. Very Happy about that spec. treatment."
