The Babcock family themselves professional but didn't follow thru with the subs. The subs were only concerned with doing the fastest, cheapest job they could do (classic example is on the plumbing rework, the plumber substituted PEX for copper and the former isn't rated for the latter job)."

Lionel is a superb builder as well as an honest businessman. We hired Lionel for a significant construction job on our existing home. Lionel laid out the job in detail, provided a thorough estimate, and came in on budget. Based on that excellent experience, we had him build us a cabin in the mountains. Lionel was an exemplary contractor, laying out the project, establishing both fix prices and allowances based on the component of the job, and stuck to these prices without the shifty add-ons that you get from many contractors.
