On installation day, he and his crew worked efficiently to build the frames and install the shutters. He even made a bypass door for our slider. Everything came out beautifully! "The original leak repair required four attempts to get fixed.  Also, their workers disturbed the cover for the other main vent and accidentally created a second leak - this took two attempts to fix.
They were not very punctual with their call backs and appts.  They also promised to provide pictures of the work done,  I had to call them twice to remind them in order to get this done.
Also, the owner promised he would share maintenance tips with me as part of the original roof maintenance agreement, I'm still waiting...
I will not hire this company again.
