Renewal by Andersen of New Mexico

I signed the documents because I had a payment commitment from Renewal By Andersen and so they could collect what they DID NOT EARN, not because I am pleased with the work they did, and I DO NOT CERTIFY that they did a good job on my house. This is the worst company I have ever hired to do my windows and doors. Any local, smaller company can do a better job than them! I do not recommend them; they are irresponsible and mediocre!

So far not so great. We had 5 windows installed on 12/31 and the job was not great. Each of the windows have a noticeable breeze coming in through the trim work (some leaking worse than the original window in its place). This in itself was just the start. They have been a nightmare to contact. We made several attempts through phone and email over two days, once being transferred 4 times before that rep tried texting our rep with zero success. It wasn't till we escalated higher that they finally got in contact. So far this has been a poor start to contract that we will be paying for many years. (Edit - Reduced to 1 Star. As we were told we would hear from the service team and after giving another two days there has still been no communication and no manager has reached out to us either, though the response from Andersen stated one would reach out ASAP. The lack of communication is severely disappointing. Finally had the team come a month later 1/31/25 drywall damaged during removal.) (Edit 2 - Wish I could take away the single remaining star. This company is so beyond incompetent and unprofessional. They do not care about their customers and continue to provide zero service. Today 3/1/2025 two months after install we were supposed to have the drywall repaired from the damage done on reinstall. The contractor never showed, never reached out and there was zero way for us to contact anyone within the company. After many attempts through email and phone we are left with no confidence that this will ever be fixed. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO DESTROY YOUR HOME!)

Worst experience of my life - I am sure they are wonderful in other states, but here they are just lazy, do not give a crap, tear up your house, and do not care at all. I spent over $70,000 for them to just tear up my house and not install anything correctly.

it took over a year to complete the job, all the while I was paying on it. Now I cannot get hold of them to order a part that I need to hang a shower head. they have an issue with keeping quality employment as well. I was half the cost of spa, but no where near worth the headache, its sad because the finished product looks reat. after replacig it twice

Windows installed years ago, and have still not finished the job - they still need to install the window trim. Years of unanswered calls, unanswered emails, phone numbers that are unattended, technicians arriving and then promptly leaving because they "forgot the tools, equipment and parts". To this day, they have not finished the job and have left all of the communication unanswered. At this point, I wish they'd leave the window trim at my front door so I could install it myself.

So far, terrible. First, a warning: I would recommend that a customer NOT agree to 50% up front money. They took a LOT of money, then didn't show up for 11 weeks. And communicating to find out about the delay was frustrating. They are over a month late (past their NLT date) finishing. They left metal shavings and trash in the yard from their first work. Their communications are horrid - we were not kept aware of the long-delayed schedule. Phone calls and emails were shuffled off, or not returned. They still need to install the two doors we have been waiting for and we can't seem to get a good date for when they will show up. They left the upstairs windows unfinished. They left off important pieces of hardware - for example screens blew out of the windows the first time the wind came up. The downstairs windows look nice and were finished, but that's it for positivity.

It was very good. They were professional, quick, got the job done and, the original installation was wonderful.

They were really efficient, on time, did a really great job, reasonable, and good to take payments. They were very friendly, respectful, fast took care the problem immediately and I would highly recommend them.

It was excellent. They were clean, professional, and polite.
