Tim and his crew were wonderful to work with! In March Tim came out to our new house and measured twice. On installation day, he and his crew worked efficiently to build the frames and install the shutters. He even made a bypass door for our slider. Everything came out beautifully! We have had absolutely no problems and are enjoying our new shutters. Price was competitive with others we contacted but so glad we decided on this company. Highly recommend.

Service was excellent. BR blinds did not function properly. BB came out numerous times to try and make the blinds work and when they could not do so, they upgraded and replaced the blinds without charging me. Although it took 12 months to get it right, BB's service was amazing and everybody was incredibly helpful. It's rare to see service like I received from BB.

Great job. My only wish is that my design consultant would have discussed what a white blind would look like from the street next to my front door. There were teal ones from when I had purchased the house 20 years ago, which had matched the blinds in the living room. Since I was going with white for the regular windows, I just went with the same color for the long side of the front door window. If I had to do it over again, I'd have picked a brown color for that one since it just sticks out like a sore thumb from the street since trim and door are chocolate brown. As a professional consultant, I wished she raised the issue for consideration since I was totally inexperienced in the area.

Felt very secure with Anthony, first with the time he took with measuring and again with installation. We had other companies come out to get multiple bids, however Anthony did such a great job, took his time and presented options so well, there was no question we would use them. He is outstanding, his customer service stellar and we would use them again and request Anthony. He is truly an asset to the company AND the window coverings are great!!!!

It went fine, one of the blinds in our studio out of the 7 didnt work right just a little descripency and he picked it out and came back and redo those. And reinstalled the 2 that he did not like. Highly recommendable and probably gonna use them again.

We had a wonderful young man, Anthony, respond to our call for help with transforming our window treatments. Anthony was not only professional, but also kind, affable, polite, considerate, and informative. As soon as he was able to discern our needs and tastes, he provided guidance in making sure we get the best for our tight budget. We do not know if Anthony will be part of the installation process we scheduled, but I am writing to inform readers on how very satisfied we were with his first class consultation style. How refreshing! We had almost forgotten what customer service is like before we met this top-notch representative. Budge Blinds, can you, like, go out and teach other companies how to do things the right way?

From start to finish, working with Budget Blinds was a pleasure. They have a great website. The customer service when I called them was exceptional. Tim, the Sales Consultant that came to show me the products and give me an estimate was helpful and friendly. He knew exactly what I was talking about when I explained what I was looking for. He showed me multiple options and talked about pro's and con's of each. He was patient and answered all of my questions. The two gentlemen that installed the finished product did an excellent job in record time. The product is better than expected, looks exactly like I imagined and I am very happy with the whole experience!!! I got quotes from other companies and Budget Blinds was more than competitive with beautiful results. Would absolutely recommend Budget Blinds and would work with them again in a heartbeat!

Dale, one of the owners of Budget Blinds, came out to speak to me about trying to solve my West-facing window problem. We ended up ordering and installing 6 motorized blinds and one door blind. Unexpectedly, the company was able to match the blinds that I already had in the house. Dale was very helpful in giving me all of the information needed so that I could make some informed decisions on the motorization. Installation was completed on Thursday; however, there were some issues that needed to be addressed. I sent Dale a message regarding these issues and he called me right back and showed up today, Saturday with two other people. They quickly resolved the concerns and left me and my husband very happy and satisfied with their work and warranty. I would recommend Budget Blinds to anyone.

Anthony (shades), David (drapes), and Neal (installation) punctual, helpful, professional, and enjoyable. Anthony and David helped me pick shades and drapes for 6 bedroom windows and one tall door, including 4 widows in a round wall. I love the look and quality of all. David did a wonderful job with the drapes on the round exterior bedroom wall, common here in the southwest. Neal expertly installed all shades and drapes. Thank you Budget Blinds.

They came to the house measured and checked color choice on site. Then ordered, delivered and installed the new blinds within two weeks. Wow! I love my new blinds. I will definitely tell my friends.
