"Mike Sauer and his crew did a great job. They not only repaired plaster but also removed fixtures (like tv brackets) and repaired the plaster after removal. Mike went the extra mile by painting after plastering, getting someone in to repair some grout and also remembered to install a door stop. He and his crew were organized and easy to work with and finished in a very timely manner. They also were very careful with our wooden floors that had just been refinished. I wish everyone I hired to do work in our home was this responsible. I highly recommend Mike and his crew."

"I recently hired Elevare Builders for some drywall work that resulted from a roof leak. There was extensive water damage to two walls. The work completed was excellent and fast. The work crew went above and beyond what was initially requested as additional damage area was discovered. Elevare repaired everything and conducted the work at the agreed upon price! "The crew showed up every morning on time. They patched/drywalled and textured numerous small areas. The texturing was so good, that it is almost impossible to detect where the repairs where made. They also framed, drywalled and textured the kitchen area for recessed lighting installation. They repaired an area where there was a shower leak. They replaced the drywall and textured an area where a closet had been removed. On every part of the project, they exhibited superior workmanship. And at the end of every day, they cleaned up after themselves. Hire them again? Definitely yes!

"The quality of work was good but I was unhappy with Bob Reule not responding to my request for exact cost in writing of different add-on projects (a stub wall, additional stucco of an existing wall....).  I requested three times and was promised each time that the exact cost would be emailed to me.  It never came until the final bill with an additional cost of $8,000.  Bob Reule was very good at saying things orally to my husband but did not respond to my request for the cost of the additional  projects in writing.

"We had a good sized hole in our bathroom wall where a towel ring had been placed.  Michael used a piece of mesh to strengthen the wall before fitting in a piece of drywall.  He matched the "brocade" finish on our southwest walls to match the rest of the room and painted the area with paint we had on hand.  It now looks like there was never a problem with that part of the wall.  
In addition, he installed a new towel ring for us.
