Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. C. scheduled my shutdown very quickly, showed up promptly, and did an excellent job for a reasonable price. "What I didn't like, I hadn't had any other problem in my house until I had an air conditioning problem.  While, they did take care of fixing most of the stuff with the air conditioning.  I did have to pay for the coolant that went into it, that was kind of aggravating, since you  know you are already going to pay a $60-$80 service charge for something and the you turn around and think you are covered and find out there are gaps of coverage.  We'll fix the part and pay for the labor but everything else is on you.  I think outside of price all the categories are an "A".  For price I'd give it a "C", because it's not like you are getting complete coverage.  I'd use them again if I needed to, I'd definitely consider it."

"Not good. We had just replaced an element and they told us it was the wrong one and took the element but we had just put on and was going to bring back the proper one as well as the one that they had taken off they brought back a different one never brought back the new one that they had taken off but I had already replaced and two days later the furnace quit blowing hot air againI was told it would be more than a week before somebody could get out there and I had a newborn baby that was born less than a week earlier.. needless to say we ended up calling another company and the element was not the problem it's just that they were dirty posts on one of the firing pins it took a minute half with steel wool to clean it off and my furnace works works great ever since.
