The subs were only concerned with doing the fastest, cheapest job they could do (classic example is on the plumbing rework, the plumber substituted PEX for copper and the former isn't rated for the latter job)."

"The job that was performed went exceptionally well. I didn't have a pick-up truck to retrieve the water heater from a local store, he went over to the store and picked it up for me. He removed the old one and installed the new one. He also cleaned up the water that leaked over when emptying the old one.
