Mr Ignacio and his team did a great job, they were efficient, friendly, and professional. Mr Ignacio made sure his team left the work area nice and clean and he provided me with instructions on care for our new lawn. My wife and I will be spending a lot more time in our backyard now. They pruned the trees and crepe myrtle and removed all stray leaves on the branches, shaped all the shrubs and bushes, removed all debris, redestributed the gravel and even cleaned the weeds out of the driveway. "It turned out fine. I had to travel back to the East Coast to visit some some other family. Then I came back and left a friend in charge of monitoring the install after I returned to Alaska. They did the work after the fact of me being there.

From the pictures that my friend took of their work, there was only 1 problem. But they came back and repaired it. I guess the supervisor came back and did a walk over after his crew did the work and he cleaned it up. They also advised me of some other work that needs to be done and that turned out pretty good too as far as the estimate. They will probably do it this summer. I plan on using them again on the stucco work.
