Never had a yard done before and the company made my first experience amazing. Ray was awesome and very friendly along with very helpful. My yard looks amazing it ever thing I wanted and more. Their prices are very reasonable and the work they do is outstanding. I plan to use them again.

Even before we knew how valuable a liveable backyard would be during this stay-at-home pandemic summer, we'd decided to do a re-landscape. A major job, replacing and enlarging a poured concrete patio with paver blocks, fixing a tired lawn plagued with surface tree roots and decaying RR tie edging, completely revamping the irrigation system, and adding a water feature. Since it's an expensive investment, we had planned a due-diligence competitive bid among at least some of the many providers in Albuquerque. But we stopped after call #1, because Paul Gelb was too compelling a contender. He'd visited us within a few days, listened to us describe our thoughts on changes we wanted, and then immediately made some suggestions that were "aha" moments--Why hadn't we thought of that? From the get-go, he convinced us that he was personally invested in our project. And we were equally impressed with his crew--these workers are career professionals. Dependable, personable, hard-working and competent. The job was well-planned, budgeted and executed. One-stop shopping: design through installation. Price was fair; not cheap, but definitely worth every penny. For the past few weeks now we've been enjoying our wonderful new back patio and yard. We really can't say enough about how pleased we've been with Enchantment Landscapes. All these Angie's List "A" ratings are not an illusion.

Paul and his crew were way above professional. Paul came to our house and explained what he recommended for our yard as far as plants and all and even showed us pictures of when they are matured and grown. His crew was very professional and cleaned up everyday when finished for the day.I would and already have recommended them as they are the best out there in my opinion.Give them a call. You wont be disappointed.

The work was extensive. The foreman and crew were extremely professional and showed great care in everything they did. Each day they showed up promptly to begin work, cleaned up their tools, raked and swept at the end of the day. With everything they needed to do my yard was always left uncluttered and tidy. The office manager & Paul routinely kept in touch with me via email to provide me with updates. Paul often stopped by to personally check on the progress. Cost and time estimates are always tricky, in my opinion. However, I must make this point; the total cost and time estimates were extremely close to perfect! No surprises at the end. My new backyard is beautiful and exactly what I had pictured, down to the last little winter pansy! I cannot wait until Spring when all the “jewels” Paul planted pop-up in my flowerbed. Great company and I would highly recommend.

Couldn't have been better. Paul's crew were there every day promptly and worked hard to make everything perfect. Also, Paul regularly checked in. On top of that, he took "ownership" of the job, guaranteeing that he would settle for nothing less than perfection. He is taking care of the first fertilizing, is replacing a few spots where the sod did not take hold (having been installed in the hot Albuquerque summer), and refreshing the flowerbed when winter comes. So we are extremely happy.

We have ment to write this review. It's been one year since Enchantment Landscaping did our backyard. Our backyard is still beautiful and has absolutely no problems. We enjoy being on our patio and backyard every day. Enchantment's help with planning and work were all done to our satisfaction . Our ideas were incorporated into their ideas with perfect results. Paul and his team are very good and a pleasure to work with. The team were very attentive, professional and kept exact appointment times. The install team were courteous,polite and professional and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend them! Thanks to all at Enchantment Landscaping for our beautiful backyard.

When Paul and I had our first meeting, I explained to him what I needed. He gave me the low maintenance and so much more. He told me that I would have color in the yard year round. We started with pansies and next came the beautiful yellow daffodils. I can see the buds forming on all the other plants so there is more color to come. Paul and his crew were all professionals who knew what they were doing. I have had professional landscaping done in the past, but the job Enchantment did was the best that I have ever had. Even the ugly tags were removed from the plants. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Paul and his highly experienced workers completely redid the sprinkler system, replaced all tarp and laid new rocks. The grassy areas were reseeded where necessary. Patio tiles were placed where grass was difficult to grow. New plants were added and/or replaced as necessary. We used the wonderful landscape designer recommended by Paul, which gave us a detailed idea of what was to be done. Everything about this job went perfectly. This is no surprise to me as I have used Enchantment Landscapes numerous times over the last 7 years and am always delighted with the work. Paul's and his team are a classic example of "you get what you pay for."

Paul Gelb was great! He really listened to what I wanted and was also considerate of my budget. His knowledge of plants and trees is considerable. He provided a clear blueprint of the plan that helped me to see what it would be. His crew was always prompt and respectful and I saw great progress each day. They reused railroad ties and other materials and shaped trees. My garden was moved to a better location and they installed a watering system for all the new plants. It was quite an investment in my property. But I'm so pleased with the outcome it was worth every penny!

Paul and his staff provided an excellent product. I was looking to redo my entire yard (front, back, and courtyards) and Paul provided the best option that fit within my budget. Instead of making the entire project fit within my budget by using cheap materials and by cutting corners, he suggested that we break the project into two, more affordable, high quality efforts. He is very personable and could tell right away what was most important to me and suggested that we wait to do the front yard. The back yard is where we, as a family, would spend most of our time and he was right. I'm a big fan of the work that was done...it was timely, within budget, and done at a high level of quality. I'm looking forward to having the front yard done by Paul and his crew. Speaking of his crew...Paul's staff is top notch.

From beginning to end, this was by far the best contracting experience we have ever had in Albuquerque!! Paul, the owner, was always on time for appointments. He is a very nice, honest and creative man. He took me out to look at landscaping options and work that he has done--2 1/2 hours worth of his valuable time. He has an amazing knowledge about plants and trees and where they will thrive. Paul listens to your requests and needs then designs a creative yard for you. All of the process was lined up with perfect timing on deliveries--amazingly well orchestrated. Rigio headed the work crew. These gentlemen worked so hard and smart! They really knew their business and put great care in providing a quality job. They were delightful people who were just as organized and timely as Paul. They cleaned up the area at the end of each day. All of these men were incredibly nice and brilliant at their work. The women who run the business end for Paul are also delightful and extremely efficient. Once again, everything was timely. All bills were accurate and our water rebate was submitted right away upon job completion. Here is an example of honesty. We were charged for 1 1/2 dumpsters but only used one. We received money back. When a 5 gallon plant was not as good as a 2 gallon plant, we were credited the difference. We would have never known about either of the charges. Paul is very honest and does not do unnecessary work. He and his staff all take pride in their work. Paul and his group are outstanding! I cannot think of one thing that is not perfect. I will recommend them to all of my friends without hesitation. We are hiring them for our yard maintenance. Just cannot lose touch with them!!

We had many small problems to fix in our yard, and Paul had great suggestions on how to address the problems with minimal expense and work. Loved the time we got with the expert Paul; who happens to be the owner. He was prompt and very engaging. He spent a lot of time, not just on the current project but walking us through our new yard and highlighting plants, maintenance and giving overall advice.
He had great ideas on this project for plants, ground cover and watering. We used his ideas versus what we originally thought, since they made more sense.
The company kept us informed on where we were in the schedule and were prompt.
We made a last minute change to add one additional plant and the field supervisor took care of it that day.
They cleaned up nicely from their work and the field crew were all very friendly.

These are the folks you want to do your landscaping!! This company is passionate about doing the job to the customer's satisfaction.
I spoke with several businesses regarding cost of design and labor to landscape our courtyard. The design and quote from Enchantment Landscapes went beyond my expectations. It was on the lower end of those I had solicited, but it included use of our huge pile of heavy rock left over from our construction. Paul Gelb designed a wonderful 55-ft wall using our material, saving us thousands. His quote also included landscaping along the 55-ft wall. This area was outside our courtyard and needed landscaping, but no other contractor could do that and stay within our budget. Actually, it seemed that no other contractor wanted to use our material, yet our wall turned out perfect and we have received many compliments on its rustic beauty -- and we stayed on budget. This is the kind of design vision that Paul brings to the job.
During the design phase, Paul had so many beautiful ideas on plants, pavers, trees, and placement of a small fountain. But, he also listened to my thoughts and incorporated what was important to me.
During the actual landscaping, it was apparent to me why this company is so great. The staff was smart, skilled, punctual and respectful. The team leader was most professional. They truly 'worked with me' when decisions came up. If anything changed schedule-wise, it was minor and I was fully-advised ahead of time.
I have worked with many contractors and I can unequivocally say that Enchanted Landscapes is the best. I was so pleased with the efficiency of the quote, the high quality of the workmanship, and the follow-up to assure I was happy.
