"We called to have a kitchen drain unclogged. Tyler and Dominic came out and tried to snake the line but determined the line had collapsed. Since this was a weekend, he felt there would be a problem getting the parts needed, so we agreed to schedule a return trip during normal business hours the following week. He came back as scheduled and was able to reroute the drain to another line that we had used for a washer connection previously. Everything worked wonderfully. Unfortunately, our dishwasher started having drain issues since it was connected to the old drain, so we called and had Tyler come back and give us options to reroute that drain. Tyler was extremely helpful and helped find ways to keep costs down while resolving the problem. I highly recommend both Tyler and Dominic for any plumbing issues you may need help with. NCB plumbing will be my go-to company from here on in."

"The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."

"Walter and his crew did an excellent job completely relandscaping my yard from the ground up. They ground a stump, did the grading, installed retaining walls and underground drainage, installed sod, planted all kinds plants, and laid boulders, gravel and pavers. They also built two giant brick walls that collectively stretched about half an acre. They were professional, respectful, responsive, kind and they showed up when they said they would. A couple times mistakes were made because of me and they corrected it and didn’t charge me. Overall, we received a great value for the price we paid and we highly recommend their services."
