"Vince was extremely prompt and courteous.  He really seemed to understand what I wanted for a finished job, and provided exactly what I envisioned.  We had almost all of the existing plants removed, a large tree stump removed, leveled part of the yard, re-worked the side driveway, installed a french drain under the driveway, and planted new trees and plants.  They installed a block retaining wall next to the pool and filled it to work as a planter.  The job began when he said it would, finished on time, and the crew adjusted to any changes we asked for.

He opened the clean out in the front of the house and snaked until he got through to the street. I was pleased that he persevered and unclogged the drain. "They changed the scheduled time on me twice. They sent inexperienced plumbers who did not unplug my drain and broke my new garbage disposal because they did not install it properly. I have tried to get them to come back to finish clearing my drain and they are giving me a excuses to postpone coming in to finish the job. On a positive note, they did not bill me and said the would not until they fixed the problem. The workers were very kind and well spoken. The mistakes they made were honest mistakes and I think they were willing to correct them."
