After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. "He found the problem right away but didn't have the parts and would have had to order them but suggested we call San Juan Mobile Home Supply. They had the parts in stock, so I ran and got the parts. He waited for me then installed the parts. It was a good thing because that weekend was very cold."
