Our water heater ruptured at 5 AM on Saturday morning. Our new water heater was up and running by 1 PM Saturday afternoon. Being Easter weekend we knew it might be a little more expensive, but the fact that we had the situation addressed in less than 8 hours was amazing. Kris is awesome!
