"Ralph worked around my schedule, arrived at the appointed time and got to work right away. He assessed what was needed for the project, had all the material necessary and worked almost nonstop. Ralph took extra care to protect the tile, faucet and other surfaces during the process. Although some chemical smell is present, he took measures to ventilate and control air flow so the fumes would be at a minimum. He worked quickly and efficiently. The old tub had been in worse shape than I had assumed. Ralph did a tremendous job restoring it. The tub looks new, and it is much easier to clean. He also provided information on how to care for the tub. He stands behind his work and he encouraged us to call if we had any questions. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to refinish or restore a tub. For the same price, we could have never had a new tub installed. We're glad we contacted Ralph.
