"My husband and I owned a home that we rented out in the Taos NM area. We live in Los Angeles , CA. The tenants absolutely trashed the place but we are too far away to be able to handle cleaning it up and making electrical and plumbing repairs ourselves so we needed someone upon whom we could rely to get a feel for how he would be to work with. What a blessing this man is. He came across as knowledgeable and honest. It was instant chemistry between all of us. We hired him on the spot and are so grateful to him for cleaning up the interior and exterior and doing the repairs needed for us to be able to put the property on the market. He did a wonderful job. We highly recommend him."

"The guys scraped and repaired all of the parapets around the roof edge, they removed and replaced an entire exterior wall surface, and fixed many cracks and chips all around the house. The stucco had weathered over the years and naturally started to crack and peel off. They did a wonderful job and for a very reasonable cost with 50% down for materials then 50% at job completion."

Granite Restoration questions, answered by experts

Buffing is a less expensive and less time-consuming alternative to other floor repair techniques, but it’s only ideal for removing surface-level scratches and damages. Floor-buffing machines work to gently smooth out the floor’s top layer rather than removing it the way that sanding does.

This process is ideal for gently worn floors, but it won’t have the desired impact on floors with severe damage. On the other hand, sanding fully strips the floor’s top layer so damages beneath the surface are accessible to remove or repair. Since the process is more involved, it requires more time, tools, and experience to achieve the best possible results.

Stone is professionally restored and polished by cleaning the surface, removing stains and scratches, filling any cracks, and using specialized equipment to polish to the desired finish.

Sweep daily, use appropriate cleaners, and avoid abrasive tools to maintain the shine.

You can’t change the color of the stone, but you can update granite countertops without replacing them by painting them. Because granite is a porous material, you’ll want to seal them first before painting them so that the paint doesn’t hurt the surface. This is important because you don’t want to devalue your counters by damaging the original surface; even if you don’t like the color now, you or a new homeowner may want to remove the paint someday and return them to their original color. You can also cover them with

The cost of stone restoration typically ranges from $5 to $10 per square foot. The final price depends on several factors, including the type of stone, the extent of the damage, the level of polish required, and the labor intensity of the job.
