"If it weren't for KLEANFORCE'S expert workmanship and using a camera to PROVE to my insurance carrier this TOXIC BLACK MOLD he REMEDIATED would NOT have been reimbursed to me. Gary followed the black mold growing in a guest bedroom to the "ORIGINATION" point. He proved by his photos taken, report and expert knowledge the mold STARTED with the poor workmanship" of my roofer who was told by a Structural Engineer the roofer hired (conflict of interest) to get my roof approved by the City Bldg Code Inspector. The Engineer put in writing for the roofer to make sure ALL 26 SCUPPERS were SEALED. Several still have not been sealed. Had Gary not followed the black mold up the interior framing to prove the mold STARTED from an UNsealed scupper with many rains last summer, going DOWN and INTO my framiing causing this toxic black mold I would have had to pay the entire bill.. The Insurance carrier sent out an inspector who AGREED with KLEANFORCE the black mold came from the UNsealed scupper.
