"I have been using this service for quite a few years and would not go anywhere else. My carpet is beige and 30 years old. The first year I used them was after I had tried to clean it myself with a store machine. There were orange spots everywhere and I was beside myself! They removed the spots and cleaned my carpets beautifully then and every time since then. The carpets aren't going to last much longer, but at least they are clean and look terrific.
