Very helpful in diagnosing problem with toilet. Went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. Picked up new toilet at retailer & had installed in less than an hour. He was clear about their rate which was very fair and there was no extra charge for the expedited service the next day. The technician, Brian arrived right on time. He’s professional, friendly, and clearly knew his stuff. Brian’s installation work was top-notch, efficient, and done with professionalism and expertise. He finished in less than two hours, and thoroughly cleaned up the entire work area and removed all the old parts. RALPH’s involvement and BRIAN’S quality workmanship showed that this company takes pride in its work, while maintaining the values of a true Las Cruces hometown company.
