"They had great communication with me and were very polite. They even gave me the cell number of the estimator to work out the details of a modified cost estimate. They were extremely fast and efficient in getting out to the Futura House and getting me a cost estimate as well as replacing the hot water heater. "The technician did a review of the cooling systems which were not working at the time. Rather than trouble shoot the obvious - lack of coolant - he told us we needed a new system and charged us for 1.5 hours of work. i contacted another group who did excellent and honest trouble shooting, replaced and refilled the coolant, re insulated some pipes at a very reasonable cost. When I contacted Reliable Tech and told them what happened they came back out to the house and offered a partial refund."

"Initially, getting a quote estimate and booking a repair date was delayed, mainly due to the current Covid climate and their busy work schedule. But, I am extremely happy to have stayed with this company. Chris, Alicia, Michael and Joshua were all great, very professional. Michael (Flores) and Joshua did an excellent job installing my tankless water heater! I you have the time to factor in their busy schedule, I would definitely recommend this company!
