Based on their suggestion, we replaced it with a tankless water heater & we are extremely happy with it. It has reduced our power consumption while giving us hot water efficiently when we need it. "The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."

"I had to have a new ice maker kit and a defrost sensor and drain kit to repair the refrigerator. Refrigerator and ice maker works perfect now. I will always call Mr. Appliance of Joplin if I need a repairman for an appliance. I certainly will NOT call the repairman in Monett MO that I waited a year on to get parts. Mr. Appliance has a very skilled repairman on their staff. The service charge is eliminated if the repair is made. They are very professional and friendly and prompt!!! I will also always check Angie's List for referrals in the future."
