Get matched with top water heater pros in El Duende, NM

"Greg did a wonderful job with replacing our water heater and now works well and looks good. He was able to come in the next day after getting a quote from him. It did take him a whole day just because he didn’t have his helper. Otherwise, good service!"

"great experience ..& yeah! hot water again!!!"

"Christian solved a complicated water pressure issue in my house. He clearly explained the problems and my options. I thought his pricing was fair and I will definitely call him again."

"They had great communication with me and were very polite. They even gave me the cell number of the estimator to work out the details of a modified cost estimate. They were extremely fast and efficient in getting out to the Futura House and getting me a cost estimate as well as replacing the hot water heater. If you want work done fast and complete, this is the company you want to use."

"They did a pretty good job for me. Everything went smoothly. They kept their appointment. I was pretty happy with them."

"Initially, getting a quote estimate and booking a repair date was delayed, mainly due to the current Covid climate and their busy work schedule. But, I am extremely happy to have stayed with this company. Chris, Alicia, Michael and Joshua were all great, very professional. Michael (Flores) and Joshua did an excellent job installing my tankless water heater! I you have the time to factor in their busy schedule, I would definitely recommend this company! Thank you Pipeworks for everything. Looking forward to doing future business with you."

"My solar water heating system is approximately 35 years old. Odes was very familiar with my system and able to direct his team of technicians in what was needed to get it up and running efficiently. His senior tech, Gary, was knowledgeable and both Paul and Ian were pleasant to deal with. I will keep their number handy for future projects."

"I have used Mr. Rooter several times over the past few years.  Once, I tried to do something to a pipe under a sink that I really shouldn't have messed with, and I ended up with a gushing leak from the pipe.  I ran around finding buckets and bowls to catch the water, towels to sop up all the water that ended up on the floor, and a phone book to find a plumber.  I randomly picked Mr. Rooter because it had a big add that said they took emergency calls.  I called, and was pretty upset, and a plumber was dispatched immediately.  He called me while on the way to my house to see if he could help me to turn off the water, but I was pretty useless.  He arrived quickly and stopped the gushing water quickly  and fixed the whole problem quickly.  I don't remember how much that cost, because I was just happy he came so fast.
I have also used Mr. Rooter to purchase a new water heater and thermostat.  The plumber was courteous, and as far as I can tell he did a good job, but there was some question about the accuracy of some information he provided about the water heater, which has been a problem.  I can't comment on how good the price was, because I didn't comparison shop.

"My AC stopped working and Ancae was able to get out to me faster than anyone and fixed the issues then and there. Very please because I can't sleep without my AC on haha. Will definitely recommend them in the future!"
