At no cost, he put a tarp over my roof to prevent leaking when a storm was coming. He also was very communicative with my insurance company to ensure the job was done in full and correctly. Several of the ones that I spoke to mentioned that it was usually used as a coating over a leaking roof, but not as a main roof material. I tried to do some research on-line, but I couldn't find enough information to feel comfortable with having them do my roof with it. They did offer a price that was about 60% of a traditional tar-and-gravel flat roof job."
