Framing, tile, drywall, flooring, plumbing, light electrical, landscaping, painting, property turnovers etc...I've been in durango 18 years and have excellent local references. I communicate well, detail my invoices and am priced fairly. I have no employees so I am the only person you will have on your property. I stand behind my work, and I promise I will call you back and show up when and where I say I will. I'm open to doing small tasks but I specialize in bathroom and small remodels. In addition my house is 2 stories with many different pitches and angles and dormer windows. I now have the perfect roof complete with a Ridge Vent system and proper ventilation for the bathrooms.
