"I hired Advanced American Construction to repair my driveway, sidewalk, porch, and part of the garage. The cement in these areas had been raised and broken up by large cottonwood tree roots. To make everything uniform, I decided to have all the cement removed and replaced. After they removed all the cement they had to extract the tree roots (not an easy job). They re-poured all the cement and it looked incredible. They did an excellent job all around. This was a lot of cement, as the driveway is over 70 feet long. I also had them do a couple of other things (replace porch posts and corbels and run an irrigation line under the new driveway slab). The owner, George, is the nicest guy. He explained all the options available. He also didn’t ask for any payment until the job was complete (to my satisfaction). I definitely recommend this company and plan to use them in the future for roof and stucco repair."

"They were way beyond my expectations. Although we have a small home, we were treated as though we were owners of a large commercial company from the very beginning of the process. We were provided a written and very concise estimate. After approval, they conducted pre-construction meetings, and final project completion meeting and a walk though. Their product and service comes with an extensive warranty. We had the first phase of our roof (multi-level) completed during very inclement weather....18 degrees not considering wind chill. At every step in the project, the manager and crew reported exactly at the promised date and time. Phase I seems to have addressed the multiple leaks we were having. Phase II will be to complete the re-roofing, but we're waiting for more suitable weather. I would recommend this company to anyone needing roof repairs and stuccoing. "I spoke with Marcos about needing a roof after having some wind damage. He did an inspection along with the roofer that the insurance company sent out to inspect. I had T lock roof tiles and as missing a couple. Since those aren't made anymore I needed a new roof and it was also 12 years old so it was time for a replacement.



Marcos had his team out there within a week or so from the time I got the initial check from the insurance company. He asked what color shingles I wanted and then his men went to work.  He mentioned the housing around the swamp cooler looked bad and would need replacing and told me what it would cost and I gave him the go ahead.



Today is Tuesday and they finished a couple hours ago. My roof looks nice and have already had compliments from the neighbors and listened to the problems they had with their roofs. His team cleaned up everything and swept up everything and didn't leave a mess behind. I have a 5 year warranty and am a very happy customer. If you are looking for someone that will listen to what you want and deliver on their word then look no further.
