"A crew of eight people repaired the parapets and other issues with the house, which is approximately 10 years old. The weather was quite uncertain, but Blue Sky Drywall, Lath & Plaster worked with us to make sure that condition were right to apply the final coat. They performed a water test on each of the windows to ensure there was no leakage. The color coat was applied over a two-day period and the results were very good. The owner came and reviewed the work with me and will repair two very small issues. The new stucco is thicker than the previous material providing better protection.

For the wood under the portal where we wanted to maintain stain, he did a beautiful job of matching the wood and making the filled areas look natural. He also painted our ductwork and other metal components to color match the stucco, repairing the stucco in a few places along the way. "Mariano Aragon did a fantastic job of repairing some seriously damaged areas in my kitchen and guest bathroom. After the plumbing repairs were complete both rooms were a disaster area. Mariano came to the rescue, rebuilt all the structural damage and did beautuful refinishing of the plaster and and a masterful job of marrying the new tiles he replaced with the existing tiles that weren’t damaged. I am more than happy with the final results! Mariano was cheerful, thoughtful and completely reliable through out the days of his restoration project for me. "They did a great job of cleaning the roof and applying the Gaco. They found some wet spots in the foam, cut it away and repaired the areas at no extra charge. They had done stucco work for me before and did a great job. In the future, I will call them again for roofing or stucco work. They do good quality work and are the best contractor to use for this kind of work. The reason I gave them a B rating rather than an A for the overall work, is because they could have done a better job of cleaning up and following up on details. For example, we agreed they would have our satellite TV working at the end of everyday when they had to move the dish to work under it. I had to call after the workers had left and had them come back to fix the dish. I had to call them several times to come back to clean up. They were always good about coming back, but I should not of had to call them. The foreman and project manager should of had the crew do these tasks without me pointing them out to them. Overall I was happy with the work and would hire them again."
