They also framed, drywalled and textured the kitchen area for recessed lighting installation. They repaired an area where there was a shower leak. They replaced the drywall and textured an area where a closet had been removed. On every part of the project, they exhibited superior workmanship. "It was a shaky start with some unforeseen obstacles. However, after things settled down Bill got to work and met the deadline that I had originally set. The paint came out great. I needed 2 living rooms and a dining room painted, along with the ceilings in each room. They were able to complete everything in the timeframe given, even after my wife changed her mind on the one of the walls that had already been painted. I had movers coming the next day and Bill even offered to come back the day after the movers to fix any scuffs or scratches that occurred. "I highly recommend James and his crew at Just Stucco. The stucco process consisted of a base coat with mesh, a primer and then an acrylic elastomeric final color coat. We also added a waterproof coating to the parapets for extra protection. They did the house, garage, and all outside walls. James was easy to work with, had excellent communications and his crew was always on time. We also received a warranty too. They made sure to clean up afterwards. My wife says that the house looks better now than when it was new!"

"The technician arrived promptly.  We walked through the house to look at what was to be done, and I provided him with a written list (which I never saw again). The actual patching was very well done, but the texturing on about half the patches was not very good. I felt the need to remind the technician about some of the patches, and I had to touch up about three of the deeper patches later. Cleanup was reasonably well done with a broom and dustpan, except for one of the patches where there were bits of old drywall left on the floor. After I vacuumed, all was again in order.  I had the feeling that the quality of cosmetic work became lower as time went on.
In summary, the structural part of the patches was very well done, but the cosmetic part of the job was not.

"We used Santa Fe Stucco & Roofing. It was excellent. They were just great. They left the area really quite clean. Roofing is messy work but they did a good job cleaning up after themselves. They're certainly not cheap. They are other roofers that are cheaper but considering the quality of the work it is certainly worth it. We have another roof that needs to be done so I'll probably be using them."

"As far as professionalism, he was great. He has very good communication skills. He would contact you and let you know what's going on. He would call me twice a day. He would text me images of the work that was being done. On the drywall work part, I thought he did a really good job. The tape lines were good. He did a really good job. He did a very good job for the price that he was charging so his charges were very good. He's not a perfectionist. He built us a patio and he he built it incorrectly. I'm not a contractor but I know just by looking at what I have in my own house compared to what he did. I would recommend him. I would use him in the future."
