Jim was on time and very professional. His fee was reasonable and he did great work! Very pleasant to be around and made sure the job was done right! We are hiring him again to install a tankless hot water heater in our home.

They knew exactly what to do. I was walked though the process and they helped me figure out what size of unit to get even though I didn't exactly know my square footage. Very very personal.

Very good experience, Plumber arrived early, very professional... even had to go into the crawl space several times. Quickly fixed problem and installed the new drain and piping without problems, cleaned up after he left.

Went great did not take too long and everything worked as promised

We asked him to snake two bathroom drains and check on a leaking shower head. One of the showers cleared nicely and the other one is still clogged. He told me the reason my shower head was leaking is because it was just clearing out of the pipes. That seems less than helpful. Now the shower head leaks faster, so I guess I DO know what I am talking about. He seems to think because I am a woman I don't know much.

He did the work quickly and professionally. I'm very please with the service received, he was pleasant to work with. He reduced the price of the original quote because some of the work turned into a Reinstall instead of original install.

They are honest and informative, which is why we use them.
This summer, we bought a new home that needed the furnace replaced. We were able to purchase one from them at a discount! They held it for us at the office until we were ready to have it put in. On the date set to put it in, they were on time and went to work. Our new furnace is great, and much more efficient than the one we had at our last home.

Jim Fentiman came to my house, estimated the job and explained to me all he was going to do. Once he actually got in the crawl space and performed the work, he found that some of what he estimated did not have to be done. He reduced the amount owed from the estimate to account for the work not needed.

We have used Fentiman Plumbing for a number of jobs ranging from servicing our evaporative cooler to replacing our entire furnace/heating system. They have always done quality work at a reasonable/competitive price. They have always been dependable and punctual. Once, when they had promised to install a valve for our sprinkler system they became tied up with a much larger commercial project. They still managed to keep their promise to do our small job on time by working extra hours. We have always been pleased with the quality of their work, their dependability, and their honesty.
