The new balcony is gorgeous! Kramer gave us a very reasonable price, and he was efficient, expert, and overall a pleasure to have working at our house. When Joe got there he saw that they hadn’t left the right mounting brackets so he advised on the type I should buy & when I had those to call him back and he’d install. He was really cool about it; I had no idea what was needed or not and many other people probably would have been annoyed at a wasted trip.
