James came out to house to discuss our questions and then we scheduled carpet cleaning & also some work on granite countertops that hadnâ t been sealed properly by our building contractor. He also did some recaulking of kitchen countertops. James listened to our concerns & answered all our questions. His work was really thorough & reasonably priced. Weâ ll definitely use his services again in the future.

I got my carpets cleaned by this company, he also put a pet treatment on my carpet to get out the odor from pet stains. My carpets look brand new and they smell so much better as well. James was professional and understood my many issues. He was removing severe grout haze. While he was working on my patio tile, he noticed the the previous tile person was sloppy. He left bumps and smears of the grout stuck on many, many tiles. One section that other tile person did not even use grout! He used other material and it was already cracking. James showed and talked to me about every issue. James is reasonable with his cost and was concerned for the state of my tile from a poor tile idiot who ripped me off and did not complete the job. I would give James ten stars and would recommend him to all clients that need tile work! Thank you James for the great work!
