Ortega's Tile

Excellent service!

I hired them to tear our some carpet in a couple bedrooms, and install tile. Ortega Tile gave me a very competitive price, and they were able to start right away. They showed up everyday and worked hard, and they completed the job pretty quickly. After they were done, I noticed that some of the grout was a little thin, I asked them to come back and fix it. They came back the next day fixed everything. Overall, I'm very pleased with their work.

They arrived when they said they would. They did the demo removal of broken tile with minimal dust. They did an excellent installation of floor tile; even, level. Cleaned up the work area at the completion. Very courteous workers. Good price for a difficult job. I would hire them again.

A bit of confusion over date but came quickly, installed tile to specifications. Installer was skillful and quick. Within hours I had new counter tops.

The work was done in a timely and orderly manner. Yet, the customer service was sub-par. They said they would be here at a certain time they were actually a few hours early. Which is sometimes nice except for the fact I called him an hour before he showed up and asked him multiple times what time he would be there so I could be ready. Also, it was hard to get information because they did not talk very much. Even the owner did not speak English and hard to get a straight answer. Plus The guy that gave me the quote was not the same that came to do the work. My wife was a little sketched out. But the work was done surprisingly fast and they were very clean. The job looks pretty good. My only bad experience was that with the crew did not say hardly anything even when I asked them questions. That just made it uncomfortable.

There was confusion about the install date. A different installer showed up than we expected , but he did a good job.

The estimate was within my budget and the work done was professional. I am extremely happy with Ortega’s and would use them again.

Did a great job

As of today, I have not taken any pictures of the finished product. I have that on my to do list. I had my entire house done in porcelain tile.These guys were great. They came out to my house, and took measurements, then emailed me an itemized estimate, and they were accurate about the costs, there were no surprises. The work was amazing. Carmello, came up with a design on my fire place that was so cool. The entire house looks amazing! It was exactly, exactly what I wanted. I got 3 estimates on the job, and had 2 no shows from the larger companies. I am so glad I went with Ortega Tile. I've got to take some pics and post them. It looks fantastic!!!!

I am very happy with the work that Carmelo and his crew did for me. They did an excellent job. They worked quickly and efficiently, they were very accurate and level with the tile installation. The workmanship is really beautiful. The new tile and baseboards have revitalized my home. :-) I love my new floors! Additionally, the team listened to my particular requests and custom extras. I believe Carmelo has extensive experience in this field. He is an excellent craftsman and a true artisan. I highly recommend this company and I look forward to working with Ortega Tile in the future.

Remodeled bathroom tile work was excellent. Had some problems putting the rest of the bathroom back together eventually worked it out
