"We were very impressed with both Kramer and Eric. We needed a step down room (popular in the 70's) leveled to match the other rooms, and new flooring laid in 75% of the home. They did an excellent job! What impressed me the most, they realized as they were taking up the old flooring that the concert underneath was very uneven. They could have just laid the floor and not said anything as had been done before, but they didn't. They took the time to show us how uneven the floor was and to explain how over time the flooring could gradually separate (which was happening in current flooring).
