"This is the second review I have written, the first being when the job was almost completed last summer. I had the first one pulled from the site after Jerome objected to my comments. Since I needed him to address some issues I had with the job, I felt it was the best thing to do. The job was completed, but it is not the job I envisioned when I hired this company to do the work. A year later, I have had to have some of the concrete repaired by Jerome after a stake was buried in the concrete and then became exposed through erosion of the concrete. There are cracks all over the driveway, in the ramp they poured to connect two elevations of concrete, and water pools rather than drains off the patio after rain or the sprinklers come on. I had to replace 2 plants myself which died in the first month. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed only after letting me know how difficult a customer I had been. There were several times I wished I had taped our conversations so I would have a complete record of what I was promised, what was delivered, and the problems I encountered.
The first mistake I made was not getting a detailed landscape plan so there was no question about what the job would encompass. Second, I should have done more research on best practices for pouring driveways instead of relying on Jerome's assurance that they met industry standards. (Several neighbors have had similar work done with no major cracking a year later.) Finally, I would have probably researched companies a little deeper rather than relying on a handful of positive reviews.

Rehung pipe and tested. Explained everything to my wife as they were doing it. Very friendly, professional and affordable. Pointed out a potential problem with the drain line where it exits the house but thought it was ok unless the house settled more. They even added more screws to the septic tank inspection lids. They were here for about two hours. Excellent, quick, honest, affordable service.
