He told me that it will take 2 days. One day to cut out the existing little concrete pad, prep. the ground and set up the forms. Then the second day they will pour the concrete. then the next morning, just pull the forms. His price was lower than the other 2 companies. Well they did all prep. work, forms and poured the concrete in one day. Also finished this before 5 o'clock. came back the next morning and pulled the forms. It was a great price, great job, looks great too. Very happy with this company.

"Arrived same day when he said he would. Checked septic tank, rooted out drains, went under house and saw the drain pipe had sagged at one spot so water was having to drain uphill. Rehung pipe and tested. Explained everything to my wife as they were doing it. Very friendly, professional and affordable. Pointed out a potential problem with the drain line where it exits the house but thought it was ok unless the house settled more. They even added more screws to the septic tank inspection lids. They were here for about two hours. Excellent, quick, honest, affordable service. I will do business with them in the future and appreciated the warning about the potential future issue with an approximate cost to fix it if it did become a problem. Call these guys first.

"The first plumber who came out misdiagnosed the problem and did not clear the clog in the drain. We had to call the office to get the problem fixed. Ultimately, another two man team came out and spent a couple of hours snaking the drains; it was roots from the a tree in the front of the property. Then, another two men came and spent a couple of days replacing the pipe and putting in a vent properly. I had to spend two or three days without any plumbing due to the initial mistake; they did respond to our complaint and fixed the problem. I think the price was fair, but the initial failure and delay makes me uneasy about hiring them again--for the plumbing project I am doing now, I went with another company."

The base was laid to perfection and each block is continually checked for plumb once placed.  Leo makes sure everything is done correctly.  He periodically cleans his tools and the surrounding area.
