Amazingly! Quick service, great customer service, extremely knowledgeable and professional.

It didn't. I never got more than 5 mbps regardless of them fraudulently assuring me it was the 5 MBps. When I called to cancel, I was told I would be responsible for the $100 installation fee, AS WELL as the six months of payment on the contract, even though they were not delivering the service that was advertised and promised. The ad on the website has now been changed to reflect the true download speeds of mbps, not MB. Furthermore, they never provided me a copy of the contract and tried to tell me the correct download speed was in it. It wasn't. Do NOT use this service! They are con artists. There, also, only ever seems to be the same two people who answer the phone and you can never get through to anybody else. The ones I dealt with were Brandon Trujillo in sales and as a manager or Ryan, the installer, who, also, didn't seem to know the difference between MBps and mbps. I have found additional names on the registration with the state and will be filing a complaint with the State Attorney's office.

We got tired of the ever changing (and increasing) fees from Cable One in Rio Rancho so I looked for an alternative. Found RWSI and so far I could not be happier. The techs showed up on time (NEW YEARS EVE) and did a great job for me. They put an antenna on the roof and aim at Sandia Crest ( in my case). Magic happens and I have interactive internet from there. I am getting great speed and no buffering issues like we had with Cable One. Will have to see what happens in storms ( wind, rain, etc) but I am pretty happy. A very nice group of local people to work with who seem to really care

Roadrunner Wireless (aka RWSI) is plagued by poor management, poor internet delivery, poor customer service. I've had continuous problems getting them to provide dependable internet quality to allow my VOIP to function dependably. Much of the time, I have to rely on my cell phone. Recently, RWSI upgraded their firmware and dumped internet service to their entire customer base (July 2015). Customers were unable to call or email RWSI to complain or ask for service. RWSI performed an equipment upgrade (October 2015) and again dumped their entire customer base with no internet service. Again, it was impossible to call or email for help. Some service was restored in 30 hours, other customers were without service for about a week. RWSI simply has no backup in case of equipment or software failure, has no method to notify customers prior to upgrades, and technical support takes weeks to schedule an appointment.

They are coming back tomorrow to install the internet
