Mr. Rivas and his crew were punctual, and respectful while working on our property, which is very appreciated. They are organized, and provide a reasonable clean-up at the end of each working day, with a full clean-up at the end of the job. All financials are with contracts, and guarantees with signatures on company letterhead. Mr. Rivas provided opportunities for communication through the process and was always available and open to questions. I highly recommend this contractor. Will definitely work with this team again."

"I Received a detailed estimate of the work to be performed and a revised estimate any time we discussed and agreed to any adds. The work was done very much to my satisfaction. All workers were very professional, obviously skilled to do their particular parts, and cleaned up and hauled away all trash and parts removed. I had a wall removed between the dining and living rooms, a dropped ceiling removed in the kitchen, several recessed lights added, and some painting. Jacob Ledesma, contractor, and I believe owner, is a consummate professional. His rates are very fair based on my research and other quotes obtained. The mortar between the brick joints had loosened and a tree root pressing against the brick below grade caused the wall to crack from top to bottom between my yard and the neighbors yard.
