After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). "We needed to replace the window in our two-car garage. The work included removal of the existing window with its nail-fin frame; purchase and installation of the new vinyl window with its nail-fin frame; installation of moisture barrier, metal lath and skim coat; and repair of the stucco around the window. We obtained several quotes for the work and, although the quote from James was not the cheapest, decided to go with him on the basis of reviews posted on this site. The work done by James and his team was extremely professional and we are very happy with the new window. We have no hesitation in recommending Just Stucco and Windows and will use them again for any future stucco and window work on our home."

"They were extremely thorough. They rented a special machine to 'scrub' the air and clean out the mold once and for all. I needed to leave the house for 48 hours and also remove my indoor cats. Initially they thought my goldfish would be okay so we left her in the house. When it was evident that she wouldn't be all right they took her out of the tank, put her in a 5 gallon tank that I had and put her in the safest part of the house.
When they came back a few days later to check how everything was one of the cats got into the crawl space. I wasn't home and they were worried about the cat's safety. They waited until she came out even though they had to stay and extra hour or so.

"I-Deal HVAC was the installation contractor provided by Lowes when I purchased a new hot water heater. Kenneth, my installer, did a superb, professional install, and fully explained the operation of the new hot water heater. Despite the fact that Lowes Delivery couldn't get their act together as far as my request that the installer pick up the hot water heater, Kenneth was flexible and understanding, and arrived on schedule to perform the install.
