"I-Deal HVAC was the installation contractor provided by Lowes when I purchased a new hot water heater. Kenneth, my installer, did a superb, professional install, and fully explained the operation of the new hot water heater. Despite the fact that Lowes Delivery couldn't get their act together as far as my request that the installer pick up the hot water heater, Kenneth was flexible and understanding, and arrived on schedule to perform the install. I would highly recommend I-Deal HVAC--if the rest of their staff is as good as Kenneth, they are the contractor of choice for prompt, professional service. Many thanks, Kenneth!"

"Prompt service.,came out to quote and did the work right then and there. Installed a outside plug and separate 20 amp breaker. Would recommend this firm and would use them again."

"david and his 2 sons showed up answered my question wether they knew how to walk on spanish roof tiles which can break if you don't know how. my dryer vent had not been cleaned in 20 years ,and they cleaned it thoroughly ,left the washroom cleaner than when they arrived Im very satisfied ,I will recomend for sure."

"The technicians were prompt and finished the installation in a day. The A/C works flawlessly. We love it."

"Title: Exceptional, trustworthy plumbing — highly recommended Galactic Mechanical & Plumbing exceeded every expectation. After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. Jordan was professional, efficient, and honest; Megan in the office was courteous and helpful. As a longtime local with two homes, I’m already planning to use Galactic as my go-to plumber. Highly recommend them for reliable, respectful, and skilled service. Thank you, Jordan."

"The job was done well and quickly."

"James and Javier did an amazing job. Installed windows my new windows, cleaned up behind themselves and took away all the old ones."

"Gavin and Jay did an incredible job for us. We had a complicated situation that posed problems even after the job was complete, and these were quickly and fully addressed. Gavin spent a ton of time with us in order to fully understand and address our issues. He not only installed fantastic equipment, but fixed an issue we’ve had with our pump for 2 years. We couldn’t be more grateful for their help, expertise, and care."

"Very high quality work.  The concrete trail is wide enough and level enough to easily ride on and harvest my fruit trees.  I have received numerous compliments about the quality of the cocrete handicapped ramp in front of the house.  His workers cleaned up after themselves, trimmed my trees, and made my yard look pretty.
Ramon is a very easy guy to work with and takes extra time to figure out what would work for you, like putting up wooden railings that don't get too hot instead of metal.  He is also very creative in coming up with solutions to unusual problems.  They do great indoor work and remodeling too.
Do - be explicit about your needs, what you want, and special requests.  Also make sure you are clear about when you need it done by.  Ask for a written estimate and discuss how the finalbill may be somewhat different so there are no unhappy surprises."
