"A house in our neighborhood (Taylor Ranch) had a beautiful stucco finish -- and a Western Wall sign in front. That was the kind of look I wanted, so I contacted Cesar and Nora Grajeda. From our first meeting, I felt I was dealing with honest, hard-working people who knew their business and wanted to do a quality job. They gave us a clear, detailed estimate and explained exactly how the work would be done -- and what materials they would use. As the owner of a flat-roof Southwestern home, I was especially impressed with how our parapets would be rebuilt with mesh fabric and sealer before the synthetic color coat was applied. Cesar was confident this stucco project would seal out water -- and that made me confident, too. We negotiated a fair price and they started the job the following week. The work crews that arrived were very respectful to us as homeowners and careful how they did the job. They communicated a few things we could do -- for example, trimming back a cactus -- to help. In addition to the parapet work, they sealed cracks and areas around all the doors and windows. Again, I felt this would help keep our home water-tight. We had a full range of color options, and Cesar and Nora brought over a sample square to show us exactly how it would look, confirming our choice. The color coat is bright and beautiful with a perfectly consistent sand texture -- a work of art, in my opinion. Clean-up was very thorough and the crew actually improved my two gates by re-attaching the hinges better than they were before. Cesar offered to install new lights free of charge, so we bought a nice pair of security lights at Costco for the front, completing the look. We are very happy the way the project turned out. "Mr. Alvaro Esparza of BluSky NM drywall was very pleasant in his dealing with us. His quote was not the lowest but we decided to use his company. He scheduled the work to be done around our schedule and the weather. The new stucco looks very good and his crew left our yard looking untouched. Even close to the trenching, allium and sprouting poppy seedlings have survived. He also installed a few tiles in the stucco at no extra charge. He did not require any deposit up front. We were not worried when they were delayed by the weather about the work getting completed."

"We researched numerous providers in the Albuquerque area.  We decided on Reule for various reasons.  They were not the least expensive but we were searching for a company that would install a quality product in a manner that would ultimately be transparent.  The method that Reule described, and ultimately delivered, resulted in essential perfection - from the outside you can not tell the windows are new - but the are!  The method Reule used, and the matching to the stucco is amazing.  They are so beautiful that we consider them art and are now trying to find window coverings that show them off from the interior. The windows that we had installed are Semco wood-clad.
Steve Savage, who was our primary contact and sales person, ensured we understood the entire process and checked in often as the project progressed.  There were a few bumps along the way that he addressed to our satisfaction.  Steve matched our expectation for near perfection and worked with Bob Reule to come up with creative ways to solve problems that come up in dealing with older homes.
The installation crew worked closely with Steve and was professional, respectful, and creative in the method they used to complete this complex project.  The number of windows, some of them oversized, combined with the age of the house made it difficult.  The crew chief, Manuel, ensured the day to day work was done with the same perfection the overall project exhibited. He communicated progress and next steps so we were kept in the loop throughout.
We had very high expectations with this project and Reule exceeded them in every way.  We can't recommend them enough.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
