The crew that came was very pleasant and polite; they took out one window at a time and put the new one in right away, which wasn't too disruptive. We did have a few problems due to irregular walls (perished wood surrounds), a broken pane, and a little miscommunication. However, the owner (Greg) and his son Clay came back and made sure we were totally satisfied with the finished job before they left. To us, having a business that stands behind their work is really important. And the new windows are super efficient.

Badly! After waiting forever measurements were either wrong or someone ordered the wrong windows. Mr. Griffin can pretend to be nice, but he’s nothing but a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

We are very pleased with what White Mountain Glass provided for our home. We wanted several items that are not usually procured in this area. We have a double set of French doors at our entry way that are incredible. Also, we wanted "cowboy" doors (multi pocket) for our back patio. The cowboy doors have exceeded our expectations. Most of the windows came from Marvin and we are pleased with the quality. We requested ordinary cabinet glass and they were amazingly quick in getting them to us for installation. They provided an itemized invoice so I was able to determine the cost of each door and window. The French doors and the cowboy doors were quite expensive.

Gave an accurate estimate of the cost and arranged their visits around our schedule. The installers were professional and courteous. White Mountain's cost was about half of what Roswell glass companies had estimated. We will definately use them again in the future.
