I consulted with Angis list and was sent the young man by the name of Lorenzo villa , we met discussed the project with him we settled on the the price and I hired him . He started the project Nov of 2023 , he replaced eaves windows and door in a time frame of 6 months , he then informed me he was not going to complete the project for health reasons .Dropped the project and did not return any monies paid to him , we communicated thru text or phone call and he assured me he was gonna get my money back to me , have not returned any monies to date ..told me he could no longer do the project because of health reasons , at which time he told me he had a stroke , but continues to work today with United Rentals in Artesia NM

On June 20, 2023 I signed a contract and paid a $6,207.04 deposit to Lorenzo Silva, owner of Brrr Investments, LLC to tear out all the old flooring in our families townhouse in Ruidoso and replace it with new flooring. A mix of vinyl plank and carpet. After many delays (which was annoying but okay) he finally finished the large areas of the flooring job. I paid him $2500 for the work he had done. When he left he said he would be back to finish the stairs and the trim work. I took photos of the unfinished work and sent to him via email. He called me and said not to worry he would be back. He did go back to the house and finish part of the stairs. He did not complete any trim work or complete the stairs. He asked my 78 year old Mom with mild dementia for the final payment and she paid $842.26 on 8/5. I went back to Ruidoso at the end of August and saw that NONE of the finishing touches were complete. I took photos and a video of the floor literally coming apart and sent to him via email and text message on September 1st. I have followed up multiple times with phone calls, emails and text messages and I have gotten no response. As we have lived the flooring for over a month now it's clear he did a horrible job to begin with. This includes vinyl planks not being flush and installing over water damaged area. I have filed a complaint with the BBB asking for partial refund or for him to finish the job. He has not responded. I would not recommend this company.

They did a great job. I was impressed. The price was fair and I was happy with the service, it's going out really well.

Painting was flawlessly executed. There was a seamless transition from wall to ceiling, almost to calculated precision. Not to mention the team was personable and extremely professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to a business partner or personal friend.

The service was good, and they know what they are doing.

Really awesome work and very highly skilled did a amazing job on kitchen remodel.

Lorenzo did an amazing job. He installed new flooring throughout my whole house. Did a custom renovation to my master bathroom. He was really professional and tidy to. Would definitely hire him for future projects
