They weren't the least expensive but James Rooks left us with a great impression of his abilities and knowledge of delivering a quality product. James kept us advised of slight changes in the scheduled work due to weather and answered any questions we had about the process in a very timely manner. Once the project started the crew arrived on time every day and completed each step, from prepping the property to the finished coat in a timely manner. They kept the area neat and cleaned up after themselves. The finished product is beautiful. The attention to detail is apparent, no errant color splashes, all fixtures reinstalled properly. "the job was completed by 2 men but the fence & gate are not lined up straight; more of a zigzag & gate did not close properly so I had to have someone else redo the gate closure. They did not use a plumb line; just eyeballed it... Luckily it's in my backyard so not many people see it. At least they got the job done quickly right after I moved into my new home & needed a safe place to keep our dogs.
