When the job was done he could not make a final adjustment because it was to windy. When I tried to pay him he refused payment until he was able to come back to make the adjustment. "Malecas and his crew are professional, prompt response, very easy to work with. I delayed my project one year and when contacting Malecas a year later, he treated me like it was the first time I asked him for the estimates. The crew completed the work earlier than what we expected. They cleaned up the space around the pavers, leveled our uneven backyard and neatly stacked our old bricks, when they don't need to do it. My project was for an 1,840 sq ft area and required excavation work, an interior 1,200 sq ft garage that was finished glass-smooth, and an exterior 640 sq ft covered patio finished with reclaimed timber stamped concrete. "Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."

"Fred and his staff were beyond amazing. We had some foundation requirements along with special styling and they achieved all of our requests with extra care. The rough design was turned into a patio that we were imagining in our dreams. They warned us of their busy schedule and still beat their estimated time of completion by over two weeks. We have several tradesmen peers who were astonished by the quality of the work. The quality of the stamping and finishing work was done above expectations. They colored, power-washed, and used a high end sealer with grit to finish. The turnaround time from when they started the job to end was around 4 days. We could walk on it after a few days."
