His excellent crew trenched the downspout and tied in my sump pump outflow pipe to drain down the side of my property to a popup. They even cleaned up the weeded side and replaced with river rocks. The side now looks professionally landscaped. Very impressed with their work. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future."

Derek from sun Viking came to my home for the estimate and after having 3 other estimates Derek was the only contractor who actually identified the actual problem and explained to me that simply veneering the steps would not correct it. I hired Sun Viking primarily due to Derek's knowledge and although the price was more than we budgeted for we went for it (We budgeted $6500 for the job). WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!! This company exceeded my expectations by doing the little things like pouring footers and rebuilding the steps from the ground up they also installed conduit line for adding step lighting or landscape lights to the homes front later on. His employees were punctual and polite. They explained things to me if I had questions as the job progressed.
