"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"Charlie and Keenan arrived in the terrible heat and humidity to clean 2 wingback chairs and a recliner, as well as cleaning the kitchen floor, which is laminate. The two armchairs were on the top floor of the house and their equipment easily went up the staircase. They told me that they might not get the deep stains out on one of the armchairs, but I'm reupholstering them at some point. I just wanted them to be cleaned enough and deodorised. They were from an old house. Charlie checked the kitchen floor and after a coupler of questions he determined that there is a stickiness to the floor surface and he was concerned that their cleaning supplies might do further damage. Such honesty is incredibly rare this days. Keenan and Charlie were so thorough, quick, and well-mannered. They took great care of the house. Such terrific gentlemen!! Price was very reasonable too."

"Our experience overall was poor. I would not recommend the vendor, They were not the cheapest and clearly not the best. I posted the review so others can view the customer experience and learn from our disappointment. 1. The front-end salesperson was fine. Albeit, when the first installation was scheduled, it turned out 2 of 5 shades were mis-measured and needed to be redone. 2. The follow-up after a week was poor as the installers don't return phone calls to schedule installation. A plus, there was someone in customer service who took it upon themselves to navigate scheduling an installation date with the new window coverings. 3. The second attempt to install was delayed by the installers several times on the date and they were late by hours although they did call to notify us of their lateness.. 4. When the installers showed up with the new shades, they discovered that one of the original installed shades couldn't be pulled down beyond 1/2 the window's length. It took 30 minutes for them to resolve that problem. 5. The two second installed shades were installed, but even those didn't truly fit. So, as it turned out, the Company only got 2 of 5 shades properly installed in one try: that is a 40% success rate, which in most schools is an F. 6. We may have other windows to treat in the future, but we would definitely not return to this vendor. 7. Lastly, when I attempted to reach the owner of this business to convey our dissatisfaction with the service of his company, there wasn't any transparency that the issues would reach the owner and that there would be some follow-up. Customer service seems to be a pro-forma issue."
