They are reliable and they do a good job. They're a smaller company, nice and personable. I've used them for a while now, and though they charge upper east side prices, they're always willing to come back and fix any problems.

I am reluctant to share my review as service took place about 15 years ago and I don't know the present management. .

Delmont comes to clean my upholstery every 3-6 months. Love them. Always a thorough job by hardworking, pleasant people.

They were very good. They were efficient. They did a nice job. I would definitely use them again. The price was fair.

They showed up right on time, did the job quickly and neatly and actually charged less than the phone quote. The only problem is that none of the stains came out of the sofas. That was a disappointment. Overall the sofas look better than they did before, but any stains that were there are still there.

They did an excellent job, especially considering that it was white. They charged me a flat fee, with our applying tax. The price was comparable to the other estimates I received from other companies, and they did a good job.

They are very reliable and good. I've been using them for years. They are expensive but I trust that they will not damage anything.

There was nothing spectacular or really bad to say about this company. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was easy to schedule and the showed up on time. They were professional and careful with my furniture.

Ross and his helper made the sofa and carpet look like new. They were punctual, fast, efficient, thorough and polite. They also moved everything themselves etc. I highly recommend them.

They were excellent. They were very professional and came at the time they set the appointment. They were neat and clean. I was very happy with the way my carpet looked when they were finished.

They removed and took out the blades to clean. Four days later, they returned and reinstalled. The track is not replaceable -- I would have to buy a whole new blind. However, they did work on it, and it's operating better than before.

I was pleased with Delmont from first phone call to final drop off of my rugs. There was always someone on the other end of the phone and they were always able to answer my questions. I received honest estimates, they came when they told me they would, and (this is true) I received my service with a smile. Of course, the important thing is that my rugs look great! The price, while not inexpensive, was fair.

They changed for the worse over the years. They couldn't get the stain out of the carpet the last time they were here. When they left, I was able to get it out myself using a bottle of carpet cleaner.

I had used another company in the past and wasn't satisfied. Delmont was far and away better and more thorough. They got out stains that previous companies were unable to. I would hire them again.

They use steam extraction, so no toxic cleaning chemicals are used, just water. I previously hired another cleaner who did a lousy job and wasn't sure some stains in my beige carpet (blue cake icing- don't ask) would even come out after the first guy tried and failed. The carpet looked new after Ross finished. He managed to also remove stains I thought were permanent on my dining room chairs and cleaned a large area rug in my kid's room. They were professional and experienced. A little more expensive than the first creep I hired but very worth it. Ross is one of the owners which I also liked. He came with an assistant so the job was finished quickly.

They were expensive, but I was pleased with them. They got all of the spots out in the high traffic areas. I would recommend them to other people even though they are costly. Basically because you get what you pay for. They are thorough and do a great job.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE. THEY WERE RIGHT ON TIME AND VERY FRIENDLY. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME AND DID VERY GOOD QUALITY WORK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE.

I THINK THEY ARE VERY GOOD. I HAVE USED THEM FOR ABOUT EIGHT YEARS. THEIR PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH. THEY TAKE CARE OF MOVING ALL THE FURNITURE AND PUTTING IT BACK. YOU CAN LEAVE AND BE ASSURED THAT EVERYTHING WILL BE DONE RIGHT.

THIS COMPANY WAS REALLY GOOD AT THEIR WORK. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND THEY WERE READY TO GET THE WORK DONE.

THE STRETCHING OF THE CARPET WAS EXCELLENT, BUT THE CLEANING WAS NOT GOOD. I HAD TO CALL HIM BACK, BECAUSE HE MISSED SOME PLACES. I WOULD ONLY HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IF A DIFFERENT PERSON CAME.

THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE FURNITURE, AND I THINK THEY LOOK LIKE NEW AGAIN. THEY EVEN TOOK A STAIN OUT OF OUR CARPET, AND DIDN'T CHARGE US EXTRA FOR IT. THEY ARE WONDERFUL AND THEY REALLY STRIVE TO KEEP THEIR CUSTOMERS HAPPY.

IF SOMEONE WERE TO ASK ABOUT THIS COMPANY I WOULD TELL THEM THAT THEY DIDN'T CLEAN MY CHAIRS PROPERLY. THEY DIDN'T LOOK THAT CLEAN WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE WITH NO PROBLEMS, BUT PROBABLY WON'T USE THEM AGAIN.

THE WORKERS ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND ACT PROFESSIONAL. MY CARPETS LOOK CLEAN AND SMELL FRESH WHEN THEY ARE DONE. THEY ARE CAREFUL WITH MY FURNITURE AND BELONGINGS.
