She experienced major plumbing issues over the last few months and was having a difficult time finding a trust-worthy plumber. Chuck was friendly, honest, professional and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. Turns out, her outside sewer pipe needed to be replaced. Chuck and his team showed up promptly at 8 am and the entire job was completed before 1 pm. His pricing was extremely reasonable and he did an excellent job. Similarly - ignoring the manufacturer's installation manual - he shows up with the wrong duct size for the kitchen exhaust. It must be embarrassing to face criticism from a homeowner, who seems to know more, or care more about things getting done right. His answer: sending a check back without any word, claiming full credit for unfinished, uninspected work. No discussion. Is client satisfaction is the number one goal?"

This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"
