The Complete Handyman

Terrible - it took one person forever to install 2 towel holders and a toilet paper holder - left hole in the wall. Cedar closet was installed wrong - they did not leave enough space between ceiling and the first shelve in one closet.... We had to pay more since they did not get the few jobs done in the time we prepaid for. He was supposed to come back - we had more things that needed to be done. Called in the morning and asked for the address (even though he had been at our house a few days before) and never showed up.

Excellent, it was a horrible rainy day and they kept working right through the day . The gentleman were very nice and polite and extremely professional.

It went great. We've had the home ten years and never knew why the fan didn't work. He was here for another job, tested it, and found the problem, and replaced the motor.

He is terrific and his prices are reasonable. He gives you a quote before hand and he looks at the job. I also like that he answers your phone calls if you call him and he would call back. If he schedules an appointment he is there and doesn't waste your time. He cleans up very nicely and he is very personable that you feel you have known him all your life. I have bad knees and I would call Bob to do it. He put secure bars in my bathtub and he did that while he was working on the kitchen. He has come up before as well to do some 8-9 things as well. He replaced my countertops and back splash and put a new sink. I like the quality of the work because when he does it, it stays done. I have had people come in and the job was not quite well done but with him I don't have any problems. His professionalism is top notch and I can't say enough about that. He does his work and if he says he is going to be here at 8 o clock then he is here and if he says it is going to take half a day to do a job it takes just that. Sometimes you have people that come in who drag things or are late and he is not like that. If he says he is going to do it he would do it and he keeps to his word. He is a man of his word. He makes you feel like he will help you all your life. He is very approachable and friendly. I have had people come out who look a little gruff and with him he makes a nice appearance and his truck is really clean. It is a fair price.

He’s reasonably priced and all the jobs have been done to my satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend Bob to anyone! I’m so confident with the quality of his work that I’m going to have him back to work on my kitchen.
