The technician came out and assessed the issue with leak from dishwasher, but it was not something he could fix, because it was an issue with the motor of the dishwasher. He did fix issue I was having with toilet. So, overall I was pleased with the assessment and work he did. But, I was disappointed because technician did not properly reinstall the dishwasher and left the bottom plate to dishwasher disassembly. He used the wrong screws for securing the dishwasher inside cabinet area. He was very careless when it came to restoring dishwasher setup to its original condition. I was very disappointed with his work, as a result of the lack of detail and carelessness displayed.

The plumber that I had was very sweet and explained to wait awhile to use the garbage disposal. I hardly been using it, just really left over cat food. Unfortunately, I am getting a small drip so I have to put my pot under it. Been very busy with work, but will call to see if someone can come and look at

First impressions are usually correct. Within 2 minutes of making my request to ServiceMagic, Craig was on the phone calling about my leaky toilet. He was very polite, professionall and friendly and showed up on time. To my pleasant surprise, every time he came into the house he put on covers for his shoes. Most importantly, the job was done right and even included the seat. I would higher recommend Craig.
