Victor came the next day for an estimate, and as extremely professional and honest, I got a great vibe and sense from him and we scheduled a replacement for the pool liner. They were able to come 2 days later and they had the knee installed within 2 hours, start to finish. Throughout the entire process, they were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any pool needs. "Lawrence spent a lot of time on the phone with me....three times! This was the first time I had ever used Equinox and I was very impressed.  He was very knowledgable, professional and a little funny.  
I am pretty weird when I hire someone to do a job....I expect it to get done...which is something my previous pool guy failed to do.  Equinox went above and beyond, even telling me what chemicals to get on my own, which he didn't want to charge me for.
